Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy peasy!
Preppy Outlet wants you to be absolutely 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you would like to return anything* you purchase from us, we will be happy to accept your return for a full refund. But everything is on sale? Why yes - even if everything is on sale! 100% means 100%!
*What about special orders? Please ask us first! Sometimes we'll search other independent stores who may not allow returns. Just ask!
Just email us within 5 days of receiving your package, and we'll give you an RA#. Ship it back within your 5 day window. We'll give you a complete refund. Now how easy is that? Easy peasy!
How long do I have to return an item?
You can return your purchase for up to 5 days from the date you receive your package. (We like to be flexible, but this is a strict rule, so please mark your calendars!) This means if you received your package on Monday, you have until Saturday to email us for an RA# and get the package back in the mail.
Products must be in the original condition, just as you received them, with no smells tags still attached and unworn (sorry, this is a strict rule too!).
What service do I use to ship it back and am I responsible for insurance?
You have the freedom to ship with any carrier you choose. Just like us, you are responsible for lost packages until the carrier verifies delivery, so you may want to purchase insurance.
When do I receive my refund?
Returns are processed one day a week.
We will email your receipt to you so you know the transaction has been processed. Look in your spam folder if you don't see it! (Please note: depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.)
How to I return my items?
Email for a return authorization. Write this number on the outside of your package.
Place your receipt in the package. Don't have your receipt? No problem, because you know we have your information! And by the way, if you would please drop us a line letting us know why you are returning, it would be greatly appreciated!
Secure your postage to the package and make sure you get it postmarked by the 5th day from the day you received the package.
Now isn't that easy peasy!
